Get critical components replaced quickly to minimize costly interruptions to your plant operations with our Component Coverage and Express Module Replacement service. Component Coverage agreements are also available to help you manage and replenish the spare modules that you own. Various level of Component Coverage are available that can leverage on-site owned inventory, on-site consigned inventories, or inventories at our Suwanee office set aside specifically for Contract Customers.

Establish a Service Bank to set aside funds for services not included in traditional service agreements. The services can be used for engineering, upgrade services, or other services. Monthly statements will be provided that explain usage and remaining balances.
