We are pleased to announce the integration of Emerson’s direct sales channel for CSI portable technologies and services business in the USA into the Emerson network of Local Business Partners (LBP). This change will occur April 5, 2010. and responsibility for sales and support will mean better service to you. Here are some specifics:

• We have planned for the existing Machinery Health Management field sales personnel to be retained and expanded upon by Emerson’s Local Business Partners. We are clearly committed to, increasing the focus on serving our customer
• Emerson’s LBP network already represents portions of the Machinery Health Management portfolio, including Online Machinery Monitoring, Wireless Vibration Transmitters and PlantWeb Services. By including portable technologies in their business portfolio, LBPs now offer Emerson’s complete line of machinery health solutions.
• This creates a single, consolidated sales channel for Emerson’s Asset Optimization and Process Systems & Solutions portfolio. From stand-alone vibration analyzers and handheld field communicators to comprehensive Asset Management programs, Emerson’s Local Business Partners now offer the most complete solution for asset optimization in the industry.

No other areas of Emerson’s Machinery Health Management business are affected by this sales channel restructure. The Emerson office in Knoxville, TN will continue to be your main source for customer support and will work closely with Emerson LBPs to serve your needs.
