Signing In

If this is your first time using the portal, you will need to create a user account. Select the Sign up now link. Your request will be approved or denied as quickly as possible.

Please NOTE, the secure customer portal uses 2-step authentication at every sign-in.

To create a user account, click here. You will be prompted to provide your contact information, name, and the company for which you are requesting access. Your request will be approved or denied as quickly as possible.

MUST click Send Verification Code, and enter PRIOR to Sign in.

Security and 2-Step Authentication

Your secure customer portal login includes credentials that are specific to you. To ensure the security of the information viewed through the portal, the system will send you a new verification code via email when you log in. The sender for this email will appear as Microsoft on behalf of Control Southern B2C.

If you do not receive a verification shortly, look into your email Spam folder. You may need to add [email protected] to your email whitelist.

Once signed in, use the cards in the dashboard to select the desired functionality. 
  1. When viewing order status, you can use any of the field in the Search area to refine your search.
  2. Use PO number or order number to get status on a specific order
  3. Use Order Status to view orders that are in a specific stage, for example all orders that are In Progress
  4. Click on the arrow on the bottom-right of an item to view more details
  5. At the top of the list, click Export CSV to automatically generate a file listing the items on display.
